Gaming PQ better on Plasma or LCD?  

It all depends. Plasmas don't suffer from motion blur like LCDs do. Also, IMO plasmas have more accurate colors and deeper black levels. However, I think LCDs are a little bit more brighter giving a very vivid picture which is pleasing to the eye and also good if your room is very bright.

All in all, I think plasma has the better pq for gaming.

I would add that gaming MAY look better on plasma ONLY if you are talking about 50 inch or above models (for XBOX 360/PS3). The 1024X768 resolution on 42 inchers will not be able resolve all of the graphical details. I am stating this as a 42 inch Panny plasma owner who has played XBOX 360 on several RP, PDP, and LCD panels.

I have a 42" Panny (TH-42PD25P) that I use for XBox/PS2/GameCube/XBox360.
This is with only 853 x 480 resolution.

I have no complaints, other than I wish I had a 50" 1080p set already!
