The sad part is it would take very little for them to change out the dye in the plastic molding process to black (or pink for that matter)...

My Sharp is all piano black but the surrounding area is curved and I never notice reflections during the day as my focus is on the viewing area and reflective area disappears at night with the lights off. To my eyes it add's more pop to colors whether it be real or imagined doesn't matter to me and others of course as we can easily see the winner hands down is Black. Can't stand reflections in the screen but the case design I don't notice at least the way Sharp designed the one I have. I saw the Pio 5071 this weekend and it looked great as I expect the 6070 will also. :)

That's quite a bit less silver than the other model shown. This one's fine IMO.

OK, I'll go against the grain and say that I really like the silver frame on the 58PX600U I just bought. It gives the TV some style and sophistication. On the other hand, I hate the look of the 60U, mainly because the bottom of the bezel is too thick and distracting.

Digital Factory sells Slip-On Bezel Frames in many colors. ;) :D

But I think they only have bezels for Displays no TVs.

They make wood, plastic and stainless steel frames.

If I remember correctly, the prices will vary from $150 to more than $700.

You have to call them to get a list of the prices. :)

i kind of like a black bezel with some silver trim down below....like the 2nd option above...i used to be an all black guy, but i've grown to accept silver.

I was over in the RP forum and people are painting thier Sony bezels (or have been for sometime). CE have to pay attention to this trend.
