Anyone have any exprience running 1080p on panny's 600 plasma. On the crutchfield website it says that "The HDMI inputs will also accept a 1080p signal and convert it to 1399 x 768". Does this mean that I can run a PS3 or BLUray player that outputs 1080p on the plasma? I am trying to buy a plasma and want to make sure I can get some enjoyment out of it for atleast 4-5 years.

Please Help.

Yes. Info from Panasonic web site:

1080p Digital Processing
1080p video signals will likely be available in the near future for video games, next generation DVD players, and multimedia PC applications. Panasonic has chosen to use 1080p Digital Processing in all Viera Plasma televisions, to ensure that you will have access to 1080p signals as they become available.
