I think the quality is not as good as TWC, but it's it what I would call horrible. I need to re-calibrate the TV though since it was connected to a PC so that could be part of it. I consider myself picky but I think the price and what I get (including a box I don't want to throw out the window) is worth it so far.
I've seen no stutter or choppiness yet but the box is hard wired Ethernet and I have really good networking equipment. I hooked up my own AP back though because the 2 wire is still G and pretty horrible. I couldn't even get the 18 down on wifi with it. Also the installer, while nice, really needed me to do everything. She kept asking for a phone cord which dumbfounded me because I was pretty sure the box was Ethernet or coax. I asked if cox would work and she said no also. Finally I just convinced her just use this cord. Ugh, I shouldn't have to pay $29 for this experience but I dot want to get her in trouble either.
Oh, and I love having east and west feeds for a lot of channels including the premiums. Very nice! I have way too much to watch now...
Edit2: and from reading the UV tool tells me I'm FTTP, which is cool. This is a new apartment complex. Also I only have the 18 max 3 HD streams, which I read here is the max for FTTP as well. Wonder why that is?
