It's pretty simple. The way I did it was contact the Sony Team on Facebook, Sarah Kepler is the person to look for IMO. If you don't have FB and don't want to use it, you can contact Sony by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 888-993-7669 Tell them the model TV and that you have the green tint issue. They'll get back to you pretty quick, within the same day, if it's not the weekend. They'll tell you what you need to do and what offers they have available. I suggest you do a search online or in-store for which Sony model TV(s) that interest you if there was to be an exchange. Just an FYI, they don't want the old TV back, you keep it to do with what you wish. I've exchanged two Sony TV's in the last 3 years or so.
