I am not willing to spend $4k on a TV with a green blob on the screen.
I'm hoping that the A2000 will have this issue resolved, but knowing they are being made in the same production lines where my TV was manufactured only 2 months ago doesn't seem very promising.
New Owners, the green blob (haze, tint, whatever) shows up best on a grey screen. Try finding something that will display one (I used my BrightHouse HDDVR box) and see if the screen is the same shade of grey all over. If you can't find a grey screen source then try a Black & White movie eg. Sin City.

I made a post at the beginning of this thread asking the owners to put up a gray screen to look for any color uniformity problems. I'm trying to determine whether or not the A2000's exhibit the green haze upon startup then dissapear, or if the A2000 is engineered differently meaning it doesn't need a warmup time to dissipate the green haze.

They must be making them faster than expected! I'm expecting mine from my local high end store as soon as they get in. The sooner the better!
