After using SwitchResX, Samsung LCD not working with my Mac Mini

Hello everyone,

I'm new here. Hope someone can help with my question.

I have a Mac Mini core duo intel, with a Samsung LCD TV (LN-S3252D)...everything was working great. That is until I downloaded SwitchResX. Now my Samsung is not recognized....the Mac shows at start-up, then the screen says "mode not supported". I'm using an DVI to HDMI cable.

Can anyone help with this. I would sincerely appreciate it. I'm using my old monitor to write this.

Probably, the setting you tried doesn't work with the TV. Try either safe boot or resetting the PRAM, and the try another resolution and timing settings if you want to try again.

Safe mode

Since it sounds like you have access to another monitor that does work, you can also try the second part of this:
