Syntax Olevia Power Supply Chirps  

I Have An Lt32hve. After The Lcd Has Been On For Several Hours It Makes A Chirping Sound For About 15 Or 20 Minutes. The Noise Is Coming From The Power Supply Area. I Only Here It When It Is Quiet In The House. From What I Have Gathered It Seems To Be Sub-par Analog Electronics. Vibration=motion=noise. Is This Correct And Has Anyone Experienced This Noise. Syntax Says It Is Outside Interference. I Sent Them An Mpeg Of The Chirping. Could It Be Poor Sheilding Of The Power Suppl?

it is coming from where the power cord goes in to the back of the lcd.
