The HD-DVD add on for $199 cdn is a great deal if you don't already have a HD-DVD player and you own a 360 I recommend it 100%.
I didn't tweak the settings at all on any of my equipment. The colors for the Infocus 333 are nearly perfect out of the box I will get it calibrated once I have it moved into the new house but for now I've left it as is (which I'm happy with as well I'm not sure what a calibration will really do other then perhaps some minor adjustments for my new room).
Cheers

I picked up the hd-dvd and the 360 on Saturday...really cool...The HD-DVD is pretty decent with my panny ax-100u projector. Just need to drywall my HT. I have to re-run some RG6 for component with the belden 1694A I picked up. I am thinking of running a male/female vga cable to the projector as well to support the xbox 360 VGA output. I tried it yesterday but couldn't get my projector to auto setup to 1280x720. The image was about 50 pixels to the left. I needed to adjust the dot clock on the projector manually. I don't think there is anyway to change the settings on the 360. The only bad thing I can say about the 360 is that it is noisy. Also the first one I bought from BB had a bad hard drive so I needed to exchange the unit for another one. XBOX live is pretty cool...the game demo downloads are great. I spent too much this weekend. Also bought a new sub. BB had the klipsch synergy with 300 watt bash amp on sale for $524 (reg $699). I wasn't happy with the sub that came with my polk 5.1 speaker package. The klipsch is night and day better. I really want an SVS sub but don't know if I can justify the $900 price (includes delivery and GST). The klipsch does really well on the tough parts of Serenity and Star Wars III (VI). The polk sub would take a dump and distort...
Looking forward to more of your pictures. Not sure what kind of lighting you are going to have in your HT but I put 6 pot lights in mine. The kilpsch sub brought out some pretty bad rattles in them. Lucky I don't have the drywall up yet so I can try and quiet them. I have everything hooked up in the ht now. I thought it would be a good idea to make sure I didn't forget anything. I am not going to come close the the quality of components you are having but I am pretty happy with everything so far.
