Hello, is there somebody's opinion about choice between receivers Pioneer ELITE VSX-81TX or Onkyo TX-SR803? Or just Onkyo TX-SR604 for $400 is good enough?

I am looking at two receivers. Can anyone out there tell me which one is the best for the money. Or does anyone have an opinion on what is the absolute best receiver available in the $600-650 range?
I am presently looking at the Yamaha HTR-6090 and Pioneer Elite VSX-81TXR
I simply want the best picture and sound for the money
