They are still Warner.
The situation is complicated.
The MGM titles through about 1985 were sold to Turner, hence Warners when Warners bought Turner. [Ted Turner was accused of paying too much, a claim that has subsequently proven very false.]
The later MGM titles, plus many of the titles that had been owned by United Artists (such as the Bond collection), became a separate set of titles that is now known as MGM. Sony was releasing these but they recently transferred to Fox for distribution in the US.
Titles like GWTW, Ben-Hur, Singin' in the Rain are in the pre-1985 package and owned by WB.
Many United Artists titles were actually owned by someone else and have gone to a variety of places. UA was the premier quality studio of the early 60's and released a lot of great stuff, often independently produced. WB and MGM are good places to look for these.
