Nice house. I am really envious of how far a dollar goes in TX real estate. I should have stayed when I worked a job down there.

PS - check the third link in my sig- once its set up, its a great option for handling pics in threads. Very worth it if you are going to keep up a thread.

Duracoustic went down today....and the roof went up!

We were sweating a storm coming athe roofer needed to finish or my duracoustic rubber floor might have had issues.....whew, we made it.

Notice the ceiling truses....this was our framers suggestion....doubling up the truses was the way to overcome the wide span (21')

tore my rotator cuff and am having surgery tomorrow....

The rest of the room will be contracted out...sadly.

With my one good arm I will be squeezing that GGlue though!

Houston and surrounding areas are the only metropolitan areas that I know of that do not have zoning. DFW, Austin, San Antonio, etc. all have zoning.

Man, this is going to be one heck of a theater. Kind of hard to imagine how much work it is to plan a high-end theater while building the rest of the house but it's probably the best way.
