I'm having the same issue, also in Chicago. Called up Comcast to ask, and had the following fun "facts" given to me.
- I don't have a HD box, I have a DVR, so that's why I can't get the Starz HD on Demand (She did realize her mistake after about 15 seconds)
- Starz HD on Demand is on Channel 196 (no, that's the normal Starz HD)
- On-Demand is not part of the preview (which I can kind of understand, as it hasn't been part of other premium previews, but was explicitly listed on the press release)
Went from tech support->sales->tech support. Net result was for my "inconveniece" they offered to give me Starz free for a month. I didn't say no!
