Anybody have navigation in their Acura?

I had a small wreck (we need a petition to keep women in minivans off cellphones) and it doesn't seem to be working right anymore. The little arrow tends to put me in the wrong location. I took it to Acura and they agreed there is a problem, but I don't think they have a clue as to how to fix it.

Anyone know what the "gyrosensor" does?

I dont know what that is, but perhaps someone at AcuraZine knows. It's a forum for Acura enthusiast. A wealth of information over there if you just ask.

Tells the navigation unit that the vehicle is changing direction, left or right.

In addition to satellites, the system uses vehicle speed, yaw and map matching to navigate.

What year and model is your car?

Tell the dealer to use the symptom troubleshooting index in the service manual.

Thanks. Its a 2003 3.2CL type S with 6 speed manual trans. I think the dealership is clueless about it. Its been two weeks and all I get is "we're waiting on a part"...

i'll try the acurazine site. thanks.
