D-Nice stopped supporting the Pro-FHD1 a while ago (long story, but it's not pretty)... so, any settings are gone from these threads.
However, the idea of break in is to accelerate the aging of the phosphors past the point where they are more prone to IR. The settings changed for all displays mid-stream, after conversations with Pioneer engineers revealed that running the contrast (and other settings) a little hotter, was the better way to get there. Essentially, you are getting to the "safe" point FASTER. With lower settings, the aging process takes longer. That's a very brief explanation.
That said, people that I know with the FHD-1, have used the XX40 settings, with the break in disc - to break in their panels. Once you get past break in, the settings for normal viewing can be used, and the break in disc stored away. If you watch normal content during the break in period, you should change the settings for that (I used post break in settings). Although, if you keep all images filling the panel, and avoid static logo's - like the plague - for the first ~200 hours - you'll be fine.
And yes... the final settings will be different. I don't have those for the FHD-1, sorry. But, they shouldn't be too far off from what you show below. And, you will do *no* harm running with them, after break in. Just do NOT use break in settings beyond break in.

These are D-Nice's recomended break in settings for the Pro-FHD1 using SA 8300. Let me know what you think.
