Yesterday, we received a software update from Comcast, and it isn't much better than it was before. But now, I can't get closed-captioning on certain channels, and I was getting it before. I also have 2 regular digital boxes, and it works fine on those. I even put one of them in place of the DVR, and it worked. Any suggestions?
