The new version seems to be working well on my two XP PCs.
I also have a G35-based PC with an Intel quad core Q6600 running Vista 32. This PC has a Fusion 5 USB. As Dvico notes, the floating point error has been fixed. I don't have dual tuners on this PC, so I can't comment about the multi card access violation problem under Vista.
One more thing, it appears that 3.67.01 does not need to disable Aero when it starts. That's a nice improvement too.
On my G35, I am using the HDMI output for video and 7.1 channel LPCM at 24-bits and 96kHz. When I switch inputs at the AVR and my TV to view my other HTPC, the G35 detects the change in EDID info from my AVR and switches to 2-channel LPCM. This causes the Fusion software to crash. It causes problems for a lot of other players too, so Dvico is not alone.
It will be interesting to see how other Fusion users fare as more people start sending 6 or 8 channel audio over HDMI. The 8200/8300 boards are starting to appear, so more people will be using HDMI for audio.
For now, I am perfectly happy doing HDTV recording on my old 32-bit Athlon 3200+ PCs running XP.
