Looking for a Receiver ~4-700  

I am looking to buy a receiver. I have a samsung lns3251d. I want one which has multiple hdmi as I plan to buy a bluray and/or hddvd once things settle down a little bit. I would also like it to have HDRadio, but don't really care about xm or sirius compatibility. I would also like it to be able to upconvert signals through the hdmi. Can anyone offer some suggestions on models so I can do some research?

Ok I did some research and I think I confused myself a little about HD Radio. HD Radio is publically broadcasted right? I see that it supports XM HD, but does it support general HD radio or are they the same thing and you need a subscription to XM in order to get it? (first time delving into the world of receivers)

I was wondering if there were any receivers in this range with similar features that would also allow me to hook up to my home network through ethernet?
