Mitsubishi WD 52527 System Reset

I purchased a Mitsubishi WD 52527 last week. It was a display model so the initial setup had already been completed. I would like to know how I can reset it to go through the initial setup. Specifically I would like to disable Net Command so the device change button just changes devices without using net command (similar to my other older Mitsubishi HD).

What I have tried:
I pushed the reset button on the front screen.
I used the delete all inside the net command setup. (According to the manual this should make initial setup available but did not).

This is likely a simple procedure but I have been messing with it for more than an hour and thought I'd ask for help.

Any help would be appreciated. I've searched these forums and the net for another hour this morning.

I have a e-mail in to them. I didn't send it until Friday Morning though. Also have contacted my retailer. I'm exhausting every avenue I can find.

I just want to be able to press the device (up/down) button and cycle through the devices without going to a menu and having to press enter. My dad's mitsubishi that is 2 years older behaves this way.
