BTW, if you think the Liquitex BASICS paints are thick to measure you should try using the OLD color formula! The green paint was like thick, sticky toothpaste!
Like I said in title... "Yikes", but the "And Away" part is just me being thankful I don't have to deal with the "old" formula, (and a reference to a very funny old WB cartoon). I'll be heating the Liquitex paints in HOT water, starting with the green as it seems to be the most viscous (and hard to mix), followed by blue, yellow, then crimson, so that I am able to draw them up into the syringe effectively.
Now if I can only get out of work at a decent hour (I'm working twelve hour days as of now) I'll have the time to mix this great concoction up! Then spray a test, followed by "the real thing".
BTW Having fun with all of this crap, as everywhere I go to inquire/purchase materials to do it, all of the salespeople think I'm some sort of nut, and/or visual brain surgeon... Funny stuff! Should I just blame the State of Mississippi because MMan lives there? Hea Hea Hea!
No offense, just having fun here!
