Hooking up Krell HTS and Krell KAV 1500....Should I use balanced interconnects?

Hi All,

I am in the process of redoing my HT...and I see when I originally set it up, I connected a Krell HTS (older model) and a KAV 1500 Krell 5 Channel Amp.. I used balanced interconnects and it works fine...But I am cleaning up the rats nest of cable and want shorter, neater lengths..1 foot would be fine...

The balanced cables are 2 meters and the HTS and Amp are within 6 inches of eachother..

I am ready to order new 1 foot cables and am wondering if I should stay with Balanced or just get RCA interconnects (decent quality of course)..

Thanks for reading..

You probably have figured this out by know but go with the balanced interconnects.
