Update!

The votes are still coming in strong with new A2 and 360 add-on owners.

Out of 694 members who voted, Here is the standing.

---Title-----------------Votes--------% Owned
1. Batman Begins--------545------------78.53
2. King Kong-------------527------------75.94
3. MI3-------------------441-----------63.54
4. Serenity--------------398------------57.35
5. V for Vendetta--------359------------51.73
6. Superman Returns-----354------------51.01
7. Chronicles of Riddick---322------------46.40
8. Training Day----------253------------36.46
9. Terminator 3----------237------------34.15
10. FnF Tokyo Drift------177------------25.50

A total of 3,613 movies were purchased from these 10 titles.

Batman Begins is still ahead of Kong and gaining a bigger lead.

Too bad Tokyo Drift, Training Day and T3 are falling way behind the rest.

The biggest suprise for me so far is Serenity ahead of VfV and SR.

The Hulk, Miami Vice and Charlie would be a nice replacement for Training day, Tokyo Drift and T3 in this poll. Anyone agree?

Too bad the Hulk and Miami Vice came out after I started the tread.

My three to replace those last three would be The Mummy, The Hulk and Superman: the Movie.

I owned them all except for F&F:TD (Netflix rental) and Training Day (own the DVD and not worth an upgrade just for the better PQ. Not something I'll watch many more times.) Guess my vote doesn't help much with standard deviation.

Now, I owned all of them except for Tokyo drift and T3. Don't like TD and already have T3 on SD and not worth the upgrade.

The Dolby TrueHD soundtrack might be worth checking out for you. I never heard the regular DVD, but this is a well-done soundtrack, with ambience, clear dialog, good foley and sound effects.

This seem to be very common among members. I expected T3 to be doing better through.

Wow! Lucky 7s in 777 votes from members. Nice to see Batman with over 600 copies and Kong almost at 600 copies.

Interestingly, I voted for having KK (having ordered it 2 weeks ago) but I've received 2 emails from buy.com saying it's still out of stock and they're trying to get it to me... hot item...

Universal must have bundled most of their production of KK with the 360 add on. Many local stores are out of it too.

I would like to get more HD DVD movies BUT the lack of supplies in Canada are poor and prices compared to Amazon.com are too costly.

Lucky for me I have a friend that goes to the States every couple of months and he's going to order my a bunch of HD DVD movie's from Amazon.com.

Even here, best buy still over charge for them. I wish Target and Wal Mart would carry more HD DVDs.

I actually thought that it would get to a thousand votes faster considering how many people read the HD DVD sections (hardware and software).

The votes are coming in slower and slower now.

I am sure there are a lot more HD DVD owners who had not voted yet.
Continuing the countdown!
167 more votes til 1000. 833 members voted for a grand total of 4230 movies.
