Jumping in here...having attended the one in Dallas, we were at a recently-constructed Home Theater Store location just off downtown. The location was organized by one of the Dallas-area members, who also apparently worked with Amir to get together the registration setup.
The truck was not able to swing through this area/region, so they had to work out a local setup. If the truck cannot be arranged/scheduled, you would have to either arrange for a local AV store to host, or at a suitably-equipped home (with a high-end home theater that could hold 20-30 people, possibly more).
I would strongly encourage all of you to stay on this subject - - it was definitely worth the time.
