So, they serviced you 3 times, but on the 4th call they replaced the TV? I have my 3rd call in right now, so I may have to do all this again in a couple weeks. But, it's happening more and more.
And, yes, I have the Guide configured. I'd LIKE to use it, so I keep setting it up. I don't want to turn it off, in case that "fixes" the problem. Whoever heard of such a silly powerdown issue? "Oh, I got a weird response from the Guide, let's shut the whole TV off!" The firmware engineer should be fired! Hmmm, maybe that's why they don't know how to fix this...
