Well I have found my problem of it crashing. I forgot that a while back i had virtual paging disabled on Windows. LOL. This process is CPU and memory intensive. It uses 100% of my Athlon XP64 3200 processor, chews up my 1 GB of memory and probably almost another 500MB - 1GB of Virtual memory. So far Using the Fantastic Four : Rise of the Silver Surfer 1080p Trailer, Try setting it to 1920 x 1080 with a bandwidth of about 10000 KB/sec and Video settings of Single pass, and make it letterbox format, it took almost 2 hours

on my comp and then tried it on my PS3 and it looks ok. Slight pixelation. I'm going to try the same settings with Multiple pass and higher bandwidth leaving the framerate alone and see what happens. My goal is obviously to make it look as good as the original .mov file.
If anyone has had near perfect results, i'd like to hear from them.
