What's the story with "The Descent"

DVDEmpire has it listed as a December 26 release, but Amazon has it listed as "Not available". Does anyone know who is correct here? Seems like a great release but its status is questionable at best. Especially given the rather spotty track record for December releases so far...

Amazon finally has it listed as available for pre-order. It is $27.95. I've been waiting for this one to add to my order of Superman Returns and S2:The Richard Donnner Cut so I could get the 10% off. I was finally able to place the order this morning.
