I got it at Target.com, I dont think they sell it anymore. You can search for it on google with: NYC Tech TV Base - Truffle

I paid about $180 for it with tax and shipping. Its pressboard and you have to put it together. I also didnt put the doors on it that you see in all the pictures becuase of heat from the 360 and my reciever.

here is the back side

your right it was the remains of a huge entertainment center for a bigscreen tv, I just modified it and built a stand in the wall during the construction

all the work was done by myself, and I had a friend do all the mud tape and sanding of the drywall. its not 100% complete, I still have trimming of doors and walls

My HD DVD's

I spent the whole day today re-organizing my games and movies. I plan to move soon, so I am looking and researching at a nice 5.1 system to add on to my HD setup!

That picture looks really nice. How do you like the 71 series Samsung? I have the 40" 65 series and very happy with it (no 120hz though ).

Also, do you have any pics of Shrek 3 or any of the Wii games?

I took some pictures of Shrek running and wow is all I can say. I love this tv, I've had this tv for three months and have nothing but good things to say. I just recently purchased the A30 (two weeks ago).

Just got my samsung LE40M86BD (UK model) on Sat.

It's hooked up to a Toshiba HD EP35 (the Euro HD A35), a Sky Thomson HD DVR and a Pioneer DV696 SD DVD player.

Analogue outs to my Kenwood KRF-V5060 allow me to enjoy the delights of the new audio codecs. Wonderful stuff.

Very happy with it all.
IMHO it's a very nice little cost/effective 'solution' even my Mrs was happy enough to go along with!

Here's my current HD DVD set-up. It consists of:

Samsung HL-T5676S 56" 1080p DLP TV
Sony HT-DDW900 (STR-K900 Reciever, etc.) 5.1 HTiB
Toshiba HD-A3 HD DVD Player
Motorola DVR/HDTV Dual Tuner Cable Box (p.o.s.)
XBOX 360 (core because I was too lazy to wait in line when the 360 first came out)

The pictures give the room and the bias lighting a much more yellow look than is present in person, but you get the idea.

I also hate to admit it, but I have a Samsung BD-P1400 on the way to add to the list. My girlfriend insisted so that she can watch her Disney movies in HD.

Sorry forgot to upload that one. The Def Tech's are a little up to the right and left of the TV mounted on the wall.
