Just wondering if anyone of you adjust your contrast and brightness levels based on different HD DVD's??

I found I really had to boost my contrast level to get The Hulk to really pop and look 3-D.

Yes, I have to sometimes do that with certain HD-DVD's. For instance, I have to slighly lower the contract when viewing Van Helsing because of some ghosting during some of the black colored scenes.

I have to change my brightness setting for most movies to get the optimal black levels for each movie. I find each movie has higher or lower black levels then my calibrated setting and I have to adjust to get the black level detail perfect.

I set the sharpness from 50 to zero - on most discs w/ no loss in definition, in order to defeat edge enhancement. Could not get away w/ that on most SD
