Panasonic PT-l300u Projector for Sale, NYC Area

All,

I have a 3 yr old hardly used (less than 200 hours) Panasonic Projector. Absolutely no problems with the unit at all. All original accessories are included.

Unfortunately, my dreams of a rather large Home Theater Room never came to fruition due to having 2 kids in the last 3 years.

So I'm really looking to offset the purchase of a 50 inch Panasonic TH-50PX60U with this sale. This was really a great unit back in 2003, but I've got a much smaller space to work with now.

I will thrown in the Da-lite 100in+ screen with Video Spectra coating with this sale.

I prefer a face to face transaction. I live in the Flushing Area of Queens.

I asking $1000.00 OBO for both items. Photos/Screenshots will be provided upon request.

Thanks,

Lo Cheung

The projector is probably worth about $200-250. Not enough info on the exact model screen to value it.

gwlaw99 is right, even with the low hours on it, things have changed so much in technology and pricing, thats about all you should expect to get.
You might want to put it in the For Sale Forum though.

Thanks for your replies. Unfortunately, I cannot post in the marketplace for some reason.

The PT-L300U still sells online for $1499 currently. Goes for $850.00 on Ebay.
I think it's fair to ask for $500.00 since it's got less than 200 hours on the whole unit.

The screen is a Dalite Model B 106" Manual screen with Video Spectra coating. MSRP $274.00. Goes for ~$200.00 online.

You have to be an AVS member (yearly subscription) to sell in that section. Gonna be a tough sell for a used, out of warranty unit as the IN72 (granted only WVGA resolution) sells brand new for $399 with 92" screen and full warranty.

As you know this PJ has been superceeded by many newer generations of Panny (700, 900, and of course the AX100 for the 720p line of PJ)

Sounds like it may not be worth it to sell the projector. How about the Da-Lite screen?

if you can get 850 for it on fleabay why you trying to sell it here for 500???? i know, because it aint worth 850 or 500. a few hundred at most for an OLD / USED projector.

No Need to be rude.... Ofcourse I can try and sell it on Ebay or Craigslists..

Was trying to get an estimated valuation before deciding...

I will have to agree with LoCheung, No need to be rude.

fourml8r: what is your problem? The man asked a question, he got answers, but then you decided to pile on for no apparent reason. Relax, dude.
