Power Strip with Auto-Cutoff

I live in an area where the power flickers on and off rapidly. This can go on for 10 seconds and I don't like it effecting any equipment much less audio/video/computer equipment. I know about uninteruptable power supplys but that seems like an expensive solution that just isn't needed. I wanted to know if there were any power strips/surge protectors that also have a feature that cuts power to the strip as soon as the voltage drops below a certain point. That way as soon as the power starts to flicker everything would just shut off rather than rapidly cycle on and off. Then I could just manually reset the strip when the power isn't acting up. Any ideas?

You might want to check out the Belkin PureAV power products. They will disconnect the power when it reaches set points. Occasionally you can find them on clearance. I picked up the PF60 some time ago, and that is what I use it for. I think the PF30 is much cheaper and may do what you are looking for.

The little 1s power blips have a side effect that we don't consider. My sp4805 will wake up and start projecting when a power glitch occurs. That means that the projector might be running for a few days until I return to the house. Either the short glitches need to be controlled by a UPS or, they need to be controlled by a shut down circuit.

I checked out the Belkin equipment. I'm looking for something less than $20. I figure a $7 surge protector has circuitry to cut off power when there is a surge so how much more expensive could it be to design something that cuts off power to the strip when it goes below a certain level? Hmm...
