hmmm.not sure what you mean by that...i was unclear on what the poster was saying about why i might need 2 dishes so i was trying to confirm how i interpreted it
in any event..I got a csr finally who could answer my questions
she covered every fee that I would be paying including the video on demand fee and lease fee and told me it was 199.99 up front
also told me about the rebate form for existing customers thats buried on thier website so that I can get 10 bucks a month off the bill for 10 months
i had to call 3 times before i got a straight answer..i never go the word of one csr at Dish..I usually call back and see if the responses jive..
next time you call ask for Audrey..best CSR i ever dealt with at DIsh
