Will Fox ever clean/change out the one hand camera that has a big smudge/grease spot on it?

I kind of appreciated it when they used it on their sideline reporter, Laura Okmin (sp?)!

WNYW-DT NYC Cablevision.

The field cams look a little soft and I see a little swimming grass.
I'd say the PQ tonight is a bit lower then the other two.

I'm a little less impressed with this broadcast than I was last night. i thought sure FOX wouldn't be able to run with what ABC did for the Rose Bowl and I think they surpassed everyone's expectations. This game tonight is almost a bit underwhelming in its approach (most likely different producer/director and crew).

I'm also not sure, but Dolphin Stadium, even with all the recent upgrades, still lacks the WOW factor and the ability to really pop off the screen as a football venue, especially compared to Cardinal Stadium, or the Rose Bowl, or some of the better football venues out there. I noticed this on the Christmas Day MNF game, last year during the Penn State/FSU matchup and even when USC played Oklahoma down there a few years ago, that venue just seems to zap the life out of an event visually I'm not sure if its the color scheme (all that orange) or the lighting (which seems dull to me compared some other venues - even though its all brand new). We'll see if they can dress it up for the Super Bowl. I think half the pop of last night's picture was all the visual eye candy of University of Phoenix Stadium.

I thought the game looked pretty darn good watching OTA in Los Angeles on a 42" Plasma.

That smeared lense camera was very irritating during the 1st quarter, I wonder why it took so long for it to be cleaned? Also the referree mic. audio was a bit disappointing at pregame/1st quarter action.

The night games on FOX have looked and sounded very impressive thus far. I wish 720P could be more consistent with those popping colors and great looking far shots like 1080i usually displays. But a good effort so far, look forward to tonights action in the Superdome.
