Flicker Issue On 1kw Cermax Bulb.

Do Not Repeat Buy A 1kw Compact Cermax Projector At The Moment, 1200 Watt Is Ok.

These Bulbs Have Developed Severe Flickering Issues In Testing Environments. Chose A Projector With A Different Lamp.

dude. if you are going to pretend to be the all knowing lord god boofoo of all things video... at least learn the terminology.

they are lamps. bulbs are thing that tulips come from!

I STAND CORRECTED. I did not get this info from a crystal ball, oviously is insider data from my most trusted source. Saying this fact here is not the disservice, the disservice would br from a dealer that sells it now that he knows the facts.

Are you talking about the flicker that occurs if you over cool the bulb and do not let it reach operating temp?

No. More like constant flicker after 1k hours. I was told. this is impacting product development for some manufacturers.

I'm confused. Hasn't the Qualia been discontinued for a couple years now? If so, why is this issue just now coming up? Are there other pj's that use this lamp?

The brand new Runco VX-44 would use this lamp.
