Got it today. Finally!

IT IS region coded! ****ers! Now I have to keep my SD-DVD player so I can watch region 1 DVDs. Which I won't be able to upscale!

Also, it won't play my region 2 SD-DVDs. I don't know what I am doing wrong. It just comes up with 'cannot play-check disc'. So I am totally worried. Can someone here give me some much-needed help. Please?

I also have no idea what PCM/bitstream etc means!

It sucks that this is region coded, as I was going to sell my SD player to pay off some of this. Looks like this format war is costing me more than I bargined for. And now that I have invested so much in HD, it better ****ing win! But I still think it wont.

Why wouldn't it be region coded for SD DVDs? That is normal.
