Coming to PS3: Interstellar Marines

The part that looks like actual gameplay has really impressive textures, probably from the PC version.

It would have been better if a voice at the end said "Candygram".

Faces look soft and cartoonish Otherwise textures are spot-on. Can't wait to blast some of those ED209's

Looks cool but from the description of the trailer, it sounds like they don't have any actual game yet. So I'm not holding my breath for it!

I could've done without the cheezy voiceover, the cartoonish faces (as previously mentioned), and the 8xFSAA, which you just know won't be in the actual game for the PS3.

Either way, it looks boring...hopefully the PS3 will get more inspired games in 07.

I downloaded this exact same video from somewhere last October-November (found out I won a 360 and was researching all the games coming out for it) I still had it on my hard drive, the only difference is the green screen information at the beginning. I'll say there is no way any of that is actual game play shown. Its all CG concept video. Hopefully they'll make the game somewhat original or introduce some new ideas but I haven't seen any other press for the game anywhere.

I remember this title when announced E3 '05. I still have the original trailer somewhere...looks like it's coming along ok.

I think I've hit my limit of space Marine games. Same thing over-and-over.

The game is now being independently developed and published by only a handful of people. "The game is currently being developed for PC. In time it's aimed at the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3."

They are going with this "community powers the game." It's pretty amazing, they are really opening up about the development of the game and letting the fans play the game and offer their opinions through the development of it.
