If this is the wrong thread, I am sorry. But it's about BR and HD-DVD at Netflix.
Alright, I restarted my account at Netflix because Blockbuster Online doesn't have all the movies I want on BR. SO, when I try to rent a BR movie, it says I need to enable BR movies on my account before I can rent.
I hit the enable link, say I have a BR player, check that I always want them to send me a BR movie and hit finish. Then it says I am unable to set new preference. I tried the same thing with HD-DVD and it does the same thing.
And when I hit the enable link, say I have a BR player, check that I always want them to send me a DVD movie (instead of BR one) and hit finish, it still doesn't work! It says I have to enable them all over again.
I'll probably be able to call tomorrow and change it, but this is still annoying.
Anyone else having this problem?
