It's up in 720p & DD5.1, on the FOX digital television network.

The pre-game is now the single worst HD Football I've seen on Direct TV. So far OTA looks pretty good have to wait until the action starts. I can't believe how bad D* looks though, I had a better picture in '85.

Looks good so far OTA on KMSS in Shreveport. Although the overhead cam stinks as per usual on FOX

Looks great on WPGH OTA in Pittsburgh. Oh wait, no it doesn't, because 53-1 is completely blank!
But an undistrubed, HD, stereo version of the double dotting of the "I" was spectacular.

(Looked great OTA in Los Angeles.)

Cox Cable keeps going out here at my house in Omaha. My cable box/dvr keeps shutting off about every 5-8 minutes.

Looks like bloody hell on D*. Watching FOXE feed. Compression artifacts galore.

When will Fox put this HD tech in all their broadcasts? That new sky cam is amazing

Just like the last game at Glendale...awesome awesome

TWC - Columbia, SC

Great PQ on WTIC-DT via Comcast Cable. Sound mixing has been a little shakey at times but the PQ is great!

Audio mix of the theme music over the players entering seems to have been a bit off (loud, then soft, then none, then back, then off). (Lincoln and Omaha, NE - KPTM 42.1)

Still no HD in Pittsburgh OTA. Urge to kill rising...

So much for a tight opening quarter.....

All day, baby. All day!

PQ looks excellent to me by FOX HD's standards.

These teams might just combine for 100 points!!!

OTA here looks as good as any game I have seen this year.

I wish my students would hurry up and finish the lab that they're working on (extra evening section tonight, drat it) so I can go home and play "catch up" on the DVR.

PQ looks the best I've seen on FOX... shame they can't do this for the NFL.

Still, there is a slim hallow/mosquito noise ring around the players. I've seen this on all 720p signals (especially espn). Is that EE?

Great PQ....but...4:39 into the game we've already had three kickoffs...and three commercial breaks!
Two touchdowns already...and WUTV has yet to flip the switch. Only SD here in Buffalo.
Looks awesome OTA. Stupid cable system doesn't have Fox HD here.

That's the main reason why games take so long. It's not the game itself that is slow, it's the networks taking all these commercial breaks. Although I understand why when they have to pay so much to get the broadcast rights.

It already looks like there is more artifacts then there was 5 minutes ago. Like the bandwidth decreased.
Yep, lots of breaks but the PQ looks equal to last week's Fiesta Bowl. The Ohio St. band with double script Ohio looked and sounded great in 5.1. So far I've seen no macroblocking-nice job Fox(via Charter KRXI-DT).

The game looks great. Just about as good if not equal to the Fiesta Bowl. The Sugar Bowl also looked extremely good.

Outstanding picture and audio. Wach-DT via TWC Columbia ,SC.

What!!! They upheld it? It's going to be a long game for OSU.
