Microphone through Line in

I'm looking to find a device that would have 2 3.5mm Mic in's, but have not had any luck. I have seen some external soundcards/recievers have 1 Mic in and 1 or more Line in's. A quick Google search only turned up that I may need a pre-amp.

Go to a music store like Sam Ash or Guitar Center.
Get the cheapest Behringer Mic Pre-amp and a plug adapter.
