I gave the Harmony 520 remote to my in-laws for Christmas, and after programming it, there were a few complications. The most important one is that I cannot see the 'Activites' list when I click that button. The only way I can see the 4 main activites is to click the 'off' button (for whatever device/activity I'm currently in) and then turn the power button back on. I could not find any option in the software setup to program/troubleshoot the 'Activites' section.
Next, they have a new Sony home theater receiver to which I could not find any radio tuner buttons in the customize section. Is there a way to synchronoize to the radio tuner buttons to the remote?
Lastly, not everytime, but most times when we click any button, the backlit glow light will not go off. I have it set to a 20 second shut off, but it doesn't shut off for the most part.
