Authorized Pioneer Dealers

Never mind. I originally posted to find out how I could determine the authorized dealers, because when I queried Pioneer's site with the phrase "authorized dealers," I got a listing of the two known unauthorized dealers. Finally, I did locate a list of authorized dealers. I would have deleted this thread entirely, but it doesn't appear you can do that on this forum.

In an attempt to make this thread at least somewhat useful now that I've gone off the tracks, here's the list of authorized dealers:

http://www.6ave.com/shop/product.aspx?sku=PIOVSX1018AH has it for under 5 w/ free shipping and it appears they are an authorized dealer according to Pioneer's website. Had to have them slap a pair wings on one for me.

Pioneer website states this:

NOTE: Pioneer does NOT authorize any dealers to sell Elite-branded products on the Internet (only in-store sales are permitted). Therefore, any Elite-branded product purchased on the Internet is NOT authorized, which means that it does NOT carry the manufacturer's limited warranty and does not qualify for any manufacturer's rebate.
