RTVConvert.exe where do i get it?

RTVConvert.exe where do i get it?

I am looking just for the rtvconvert.exe program so I can use the rtvconvert admin utility. I have looked everywhere and cannot find the windows binary?
Does anyone know where I can get it. I downloaded the RTVTools but its not there.

It's in the ReplayTV 5K Tools (Revision 4) archive, rtvtoolsrev4.zip. I don't have time just now to search the AVS Forum archives, but you should be able to find it easily. If you're using Windows XP, open the .zip file, extract all files, show the extracted files; it's in the rev4\\bin\\win32 folder.
