OK....come on. That is such blatant fanboyism. I absolutely LOVE my 360, but even I can tell that the latest BD releases have been near equivalent to HD DVD.

You and xbdestroya make the lurkers who are video game fans cringe. Besides, I'm a gamer. Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo...really who cares as long as the games are good?

Now, as far as I'm concerned, whichever format brings out Black Books, Spaced, Green Wing, etc. in HD, will be the one I consider the winner

All of those will be dual format released by the other public service broadcaster in the UK (we have two I bet you didn't know that) Channel 4. I would not look for those for a while as Channel 4 has not really made a very big commitment on any HDTV, they only started their OTA HD at Christmas with 4OD available to cable and Sky.

If you like all of those comedies, you should definitely have a look at Coupling, it is made by the same team as Green Wing, one of my favourite comedies, much better than friends, though many American people will deny it as they have a very British sense of humour (i.e. lots of sex talk ).

Haha, no, I didn't know Channel 4 was a public service broadcaster. All I knew was that I love their DVDs

I'll check out Coupling - even without having seen an episode, there's no doubt it's better than Friends. And I have to say that most American comedy is pure rubbish! I wonder how Hot Fuzz will do when it's released over here...

I will PM you a link for an excellent link with some info.

Never heard of Hot Fuzz, better not be like 'That 70s Show' that left me underwhelmed, but I guess Fuzz reminds me of that character Fez .
