DPI customer service

Having seen and researched the JVC HD1 as a budget machine for 2 games rooms I have found that machines at this price point to be too limited for my purposes. I am now considering The HT5000 and the Titan 250.

I am familiar with Sim2 products and support. My question is, for DPI owners....How good is thier US/Canada support?

Thanks for the reply but hes obiously going to say they are good. I was after owner/dealer/installer experience.

I've not had any problems with them, as a matter-of-fact, I actually managed to inherit a client of theirs (the original dealer went MIA)- and they were very supportive.

For a company that could have told me to take a flying leap (I didn't sell their equipment), they helped me take care of the customer quickly and thoroughly. I was so impressed, I decided to start offering their products to my clients.

I have never sold the product. I have had contact with the company and can tell you they were a hell of a lot more communicative than is normal in the industry. Not the first hand input you are looking for, but perhaps of some small value. I know Art who owns a Sony G-90 double stack has also had some experience with them. I remember him saying he was sorry he could not buy from that at the time he chose his G-90's because there was no one he would have rather done business with. I believe they actually hauled a huge 3-chip to his home for a demo. That was a few years back.

FWIW,

I own a DPI projector that I have had some problems with. The people at DPI have gone overboard trying to figure it out and get me taken care of and at this point we are probably looking at a swap out. They have been great through the whole process. If you are looking for a company with excellent support, you need look no further than DPI.
