Paint on TV Screen...have you heard?

I get Popular Science regularly as I love to read up on the latest (and current) innovative technologies. However, I was puzzled when I read this (note: i have been reading AVS regularly now for about 1year)

In the current Issue (Feb 2007), in the What's New section, is an article about Paint-on TV Screen. This product is made by Vogel Mighty Brighty and is retailed at 150.00/gallon. (are you behind this MississippiMan...just kidding?)

Anyway, I have been seeing more and more HT equipment mainstream lately. Best Buy ads for FP/screens and now Paint on Screens!?

So I ask you fellow avs'ers....what do you think of this?

Supposedly you can buy it through Rex.

Haven't heard anything on it, but there are a whole new crop of screen paints out there now, some are ebay only ones and they sound like they might be repackaged stuff from here.

Vogel is the newest legit one I have seen, and I think that brings it up to around 10 or 11 commercial screen paint companies now.

One that everyone keeps ignoring is Rosco Off Broadway White White... $26 a gallon.
