I hate Total HD with a violent passion. I pray that due to the final real productions costs, marketing, or whatever - that Warner can't figure out a way to justify giving it any kind of low pricing. That way those of you who voted you would buy, still stay the hell away. Then this idea can just die early and peacefully on the vine
not a fan of them, but the reality is that it most likely makes sense for a neutral studio (assuming replication is not much more then BD + HD DVD) think about it one case, one format so costs go down, if 50k HD disks are sold you don't care if it is 0/50, 10/40, 20/30, 25/25, 30/20, 40/10, 50/0 or any other distribution of the 50k disks, and last but not least for the retailer you don't run out of the better selling version of that movie.
