Where to find color coded panel mount RCA pass through connectors?

I want to create a remote plug-in for video games inside a cabinet. I want to run RCA cables to the inputs on the back of the TV and have connectors in the cabinet that the game system can be plugged into (and put away).

I am hunting for color coded (red white yellow and possibly an RGB set for a component connection) RCA connectors in a panel mount configuration. I want a female-female pass through connector so the TV cable can be plugged into one end and the game into the other.

Any suggestions of where to order such beasties? I have been Googling and hunting through various supply places (like Markertek) without success.

Thanks,
Ken

I hade the same requirement. The only difference is I have a 19" rack. I used the following products:

I used a Keystone panel similar to this one. It is 1U and has slots for 16 inserts.
16 slot Keystone insert panel

I then used keystone inserts for the ports I wanted to come to the front. You can get inserts from Ram Electronics or I actually ordered from Arcade Electronics. I used them because the whole insert is the color and it makes figuring out which wire goes where easier. Plus I did not want the insert to be white while the panel was black and the RCA connector was a third color.

I actually have the following ports on the front of my rack
Component Video
S-Video
Composite Video

Optical Digital Audio
Coax Digital Audio
Analog RCA (Red and white)

Mini headphone jack

Cat5e Network Jack

Vinny,

Down the page on the one you pointed to at RAM is the exact connectors I am seeking -- I need to think whether I want to use the keystone versions, but the non-keystones are right there.

Thanks!

I am doing something similar, but on a smaller scale. For the life of me, I cannot figure out which wall plate inserts to use for my S/PDIF (coax digital audio) connection. Can you clue me in? I feel like a real dunce for asking this, but...you understand. Thank you!

I believe that Coax digital audio simply uses a high quality RCA jack -- a gold plated female-female would do it.

High quality feed through for panel mount or keystone inserts, available gold or nickel plated, insulated spacers included.
