report, signal strengths look pretty good at your location. Since you plan on an attic installation, I suggest nothing less than the Winegard HD7694P
. The other antennas mentioned don't have enough real gain on VHF, so they would likely disappoint with an attic installation.
There are still no guarantees how well it will work in the attic, but you will likely need some amplification to power the 2 way splitter. I suggest the Winegard AP8700
preamp. You will need an outlet for the power supply before
the 2 way splitter for the preamp to work correctly.
The only real problem DC channel in the western suburbs I've experienced is WDCW 50, & would likely require an outdoor install to be reliable.
