First of all, I'm very happy with D-Box service and especially with Yannick. IMO, he's doing a great job helping out many D-Box owners. OTOH, I must confess that I'm not a very patient guy and lately, I'm quite annoyed with these new audio formats
Yannick, just a thought...
Would it help a bit, if we, customers, e-mail or fax Toshiba to save some time for this audio issue? I know that we are only a handful minority and a giant like Toshiba has more important priorites, but maybe they'll listen, who knows?
If you think it's a good move, can you give us their contact numbers, e-mails?
