First Wii-Sport and Wii-play.. What else would you like to put your Miis through!

Further to a conversation in another thread, what themes and styles would you like to see represented in future 1st party Nintendo games (that involve Miis!).

I know Wii-Music is planned.. but how about Wii-Art, or Wii-Dance.. featuring a collection of mini-games and activities to muck around with. I'd ask that Nintendo put a bit more thought into the structure of these activities, as adding customisations could add so much to them (wii play could be 100% better with differing rules for Pool for example).

So I guess the questions are:

1: What Wii-X game would you like to see.

2: What activities would they include

3: What customisation would you like to see..

Wii Race for example.

Could include Cow racing (from Wii Play) Jetski racing, bicycle racing (wheelies ftw!) and a bunch more.

Multiple Tracks, powerups, 1-4 players, shake the champaign minigame from Warioware for the victor! (I'd love my Mii to cover my pals after a victory! proper rewards!)

Anyways.. whatdyathink?

I wouldn't mind seeing a hockey game. I've never been a hockey fan, but I think doing a few slapshots could be fun. And just about any sport where you use a racket or a stick should work well with the wiimote.

Nintendo is supposed to be making other fitness games, one probably called Wiifitness or something like that. This was mentioned here... "Easy-to-play games to attract the elderly and other newcomers are likely in the works, including dieting games." That might take a sizable chunk out of the exercise tape/dvd industry.

I would like a Wii Sports 2 with table tennis, volleyball, putt-putt golf, horse shoes and discgolf!!

I bought the Wii yesterday from Target and to be honest, I am only interested in interactive games like Wii Sports that I can play with the family and friends. Mario Party will probably fit the bill but I am not interested in standard gaming at all with this thing. Hope to see a lot more like Wii Sports!!

Yeah, thats what inspired the topic, I feel pretty much the same..

How about Wii-Fight featuring Boxing, Kung-fu, Street fighting, Knife throwing maybe.. Different locations, moves, challenge modes featuring evil versions of Miis.

Wii-Olympics maybe? Taking the old Epyx format and sprucing it up with some Mii action.. I'd love something like California Games updated to play on the Wii.. Hacky Sack, Frisbee.. marvellous!

Wii-war.. different types of strategy or straight up arcade games.. Maybe something like advance wars, or a good and simple rock paper scissors RTS.

I sincerely hope Nintendo turn up the creativity, could make for a spectacular success, and one that surely doesnt cost that much to develop.. take out the HD asset creation, and extensive art costs, and surely you can knock up decent Mii titles fairly cheaply (Just dont scrimp on QA!!)

I second that.
My wife who was against me getting wii, plays Golf and Bowling with me and my 6 yr old.
To me, family oriented games like wii sports and wii play are best games.
I was never into those new games with adult themes like killing, blood, etc.

I can not wait till wii play come out next month.

What about Wii PUB. I'm thinking darts , pool (Wii Play) , air hockey , some arcade style games and the like ?

Mii-Interrogation Game. Find out what side they're working for using time-honored torture methods. Their faces could change depending on what methods are applied! I have a few celebrity miis I have traded with my friends and this would tempt us to create even more. "Admit it, Hanoi Jane! You're working' for Nabisco! What's your code name?!" WHACK!

Featuring slapping, thumbscrews, the rack, openbladed razor + ear. Not in our lifetimes

Pub games would be fun.. or what about classic board games like Buckaroo, operation, Jenga.

Wii-Shoot featuring Snipers, pistol fighting, Machine gun hanging out of blackhawk helicopter, again, not in our reality

Wii-Gardening .. pure adrenaline.

Wii-Balance. Walking along walls, staggering home from wii-pub blind drunk, wii-tightrope eh.. bit limited that one.

Wii-Ballgame. Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball etc.

Wii-Dance. Figure Skating (nice swooshing movements!) breakdancing (look like a complete arse) ballroom dancing (ditto) Hip-Hop posing

Im keen to see a few game that require 2 wii-motes as well.. would add massively to the possibilites.

If anyone here remember Perfect Dark for the N64, they might also remember the Gameboy Camera was going to be used to map your faces to characters. Then some teenagers shot each other and NIntendo broke my heart by not including that feature. Colombine or something simmilar, dam them. FPS Miis would be great though.

I was hoping for an online shooter using the Mii's. Think Counterstrike or America's Army, but you are an army of Mii's.

Yeah.. If Lucasarts arn't currently working on that, they deserve punishment

How about a Mario Kart like game with your Mii's driving?

Or how about paintball?
So far I've just played bowling and tennis. I think that pool might be interesting (they don't have it already, do they?).
dude it be cooler if they could put our Wiis in any game we want LOL...such as Zelda instead of Zelda adventure it could be Mii adventure going through zelda game....

Mii execution. Have the Miis dig a shallow grave and then line up in front of it (luckily, they already know how to line up like sheep). Have other Miis shoot them. Every once in a while a Mii will try to run. You pick him up and shake him around using the hand pointer OR you could release Mii-dogs. Yes, add Mii-dogs and Mii-execution to the list. The Mii could possibly escape to other Mii consoles around the country. At that point, you could send out assassin Miis to hunt him down in the other consoles. When someone turns on their Wii at home, they will be able to see a totally strange Mii screaming for help and safety. They could choose to alter their appearrance to hide them on their console OR they could turn them in to the assassin. Maybe the original Mii creator could offer a reward of Wii-points or whatever they are called, for the Mii's return to justice. MY GOD. I should... work for Nintendo.

Apply for a job Mattardo, with ideas like that I'd say you're in with a good shout!
Of all of these ideas, I mainly like putt putt and disc golf. The disc golf game on super monkey ball doesn't work very well. And also better versions of boxing and some of the otehrs already out. I heard pool isn't too great on wii play. If so, then pool.
Some of these are repeats, but I think some fun games for another Wii- sports/play/X would be:

Frisbee Golf
Ultimate Frisbee
Curling
Shuffle Board
Darts
Beer Pong (appropriately named for <21yr old players)
Paintball
Mii- Cart/Race (like Mario-- also have motor cycle, cow/horse/donkey, snow mobiles, jet skis, quads)
Mii- Boot camp (run through terrain and training like done military boot camps- GET TO SEAL/Ranger/Green Berets/etc LEVEL!! )
Putt Putt golf
Wii-Olympics (Summer AND Winter games editions!)
Volleyball
Basketball
Soccer (indoor and outdoor)
Hockey
Badmitten
Wii Think- probably covered by "Brain Age"-- could be puzzles, trivia, riddles...
Pic Hunter (like those bar games where you point to what's different in the pic)

**add functionality for online multiplayer!!

I know I didn't answer your questions exactly as requested. For something like "Wii-lympics Winter Games" you could have:
Louge, triatholon(s) (skiing, shooting, tricks), bob-sled, skiing/snowboarding (speed, tricks, super G), curling...

When I get more time I will try to answer in the format requested.

No need dude!

I was just putting out some ideas to get people thinking.
You know what could be fun? Bocce Ball. You could have a standard, competition field and other "fun" fields like you're just playing in the back yard. There could be small hills, rocks, divets, etc.

In fact, you could have horseshoes, quoits, bocce, lawn darts, badminton... all those games packed together. Wii-Lawn Games. It would sell a million copies at least.
I also forgot to add lacrosse and rugby would probably be fun too. I hope Nintendo takes a look at something like this. I like the Wii-lawn games idea too.
Mii Siege. Cultivate strange plagues and diseases in your Miis and use them as human catapaults to break down the enemy castle's population. Create your Miis for max distance BUT also max capacity storage for the disease. A fine balance.
I think Wii Basketball could be cool, especially if there was a slam dunk contest where you controlled both hands. You would have complete control of windmills, 360s, one or two handed dunks, bounce it off the backboard and have to catch it, and other stuff like that.
Wii-Darts has potential.

I still think a full-blown "Wii-Jedi" game would be huge. Could be one of those Wii-exclusive games that would have even more people clamoring for a Wii. Just think of the possibilities: Lightsaber Sparring, Hand-to-Hand combat, "Force" ability, Starship piloting, etc.

Mii-advisor. Create a Mii to be a liason between this page and Nintendo. He will tell nintendo these ideas and they will act on them. Of course, Mii-advisor is the LEAST likely of all these games to be created. Sigh.
