You have to remeasure with Audyssey naturally to get the proper balance. Just set up Audyssey as usual. You really will be surprised how the surrounds will improve in SQ.

In constraint environments it helps to have monopole surround speakers pointed at the ceiling instead of pointing them at the listener(s).. This will eliminate those "hot" spots and variances caused by to close proximity to the speakers and will widen the audible spaciousness without losing localization.
